Zendow system, fitting width of which is 70
mm, has been designed in such a way that it
improves field of view.
Zendow system also offers aesthetism,
perfect durability and resistance together
with its 5 - celled structure.
Extraordinary Insulation:
The profiles which make the system are in
accordance with TS 5358 EN 12608 standard.
Physical properties of PVC-U provides high
temperature insulation performance to window,
and 5-celled system of Zendow, 70 mm profile
width and TPE washer equipment offers high
performance in terms of insulation.
Calculations of heat permeability clearly
indicate the thermal performance of the system.
Generally, loss or gain of heat is expressed
with “U value”. Less U value means more
insulation. This naturally means better thermal
sensation and more comfort.
Test result of Zendow heat insulation, which has
been carried out by IFT-Rosenheim, has been
certified as Uf = 1.4 W/m2K.
Additionally, honeycomb structure, which is used
in Zendow system, in the design of door paneling
150 mm profile provides perfect isolation to the
woodworking in terms of insulation.
Sound insulation is the distribution of the
sound coming from the sound source. Rw, sound
reduction index is expressed with dB.
Zendow system offers effective solutions for
sound insulation with its alternatives of 19-20
mm, 23-24 mm, 26-27 mm, 28-29 mm, 30-31 mm,
32-33 mm, 35-36 mm, 38-39 mm and 43-44 mm glass
thickness.
Sound insulation tests have been made for Zendow
system within the framework of EN ISO 717-1
standards.
It has been
certified that its sound reduction index Rw (C,
Ctr) = 32 (-1.0; -5.0) dB.
